Dental Crowns

A dental crown is a cap, cover or restoration to replace the missing portion of a tooth.

There are many indications for crowning a tooth. These can be due to aesthetic considerations but most are due to a lack of remaining tooth structure. If a tooth is broken down or heavily filled, the crown is placed to protect the tooth from the high biting forces we exert on our teeth whilst eating.

Not all crowns are the same and we provide gold crowns, porcelain bonded to gold crowns as well as the latest in metal-free alternatives that give truly lifelike results.

The latest advances in porcelain allow light to transmit through the crown, thereby creating a restoration that is undetectable from the other natural teeth in your smile. I went to the invisalign open day and the service was wonderful and it's such a beautiful place. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately due to personal matters, I was unable to commit to going ahead with the invisalign treatment on the day however I will be going ahead with this treatment once I am able to. I didnt realise that once you attend one open day, you are unable to attend another, which is unfortunate as the offers on the open day are incredible, If I had known, I wouldnt have booked onto this open day however, I wanted to find out more information and thought this would be a good opportunity to do so and this was how it was advertised to me. The owner was great and did offer to extend the offer available on the day for a fixed period, but due to personal circumstances, again, I didn't feel it was sensible to commit. I did find out more about what the treatment would look like for me, which is what I wanted and I'll be back as soon as I can to go ahead with treatment and hopefully be able to benefit from the offers available today. If I wasnt having issues with our new build home, absolutely would have gone ahead! I am sure everyone who went ahead with their invisalign journey today will have a wonderful experience and thank you to the staff for a wonderful morning and being so helpful.
