About Black Swan Studios

Black Swan Dental Spa now has its very own media/marketing department under the Black Swan Studios Banner. The brand was established in 2022 when Black Swan hired its resident digital Producer and has since grown the brand forward into the future.

All content you see on our social media platforms is done in house which is rare for a dental practice to have its own media/marketing department.

The marketing department is currently run by our team led by our Digital Producer/Videographer Charlie R Hutchings.

About Charlie

Having always had a love for film and photography from a very young age Charlie has taken this passion for what he considers an art form through most of his life so far. Which later led Charlie to College to study Creative media studies and then a few years later he attended university and studied Film, television and digital production, achieving a 2:1 overall in his bachelors degree in 2022.

Taking the skills he has learnt from both his educational and personal life Charlie has put it all together to find a job that he could put these skills into which led him to working at Black Swan Dental spa today as
the practices official videographer, with his role growing to being the practices Digital Producer where he now runs the Black Swan media and marketing department.

The Patient Journey Experience

One of the main focuses for the studio is to showcase the Patient Experience and the very talented team we have here at Black Swan which is record, edited and released all in house on the official Social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and even Tiktok. Every Patient Journey is different and so we match it Journey to the person personality to the tone of the video.

The purpose is to highlight both the patient experience throughout treatment and a sit-down interview where they discuss how they were feeling before, during and after the final revel. We offer the Patient Journey Experience to all patients who are interested in having their Dental Journey documented.

I went to the invisalign open day and the service was wonderful and it's such a beautiful place. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately due to personal matters, I was unable to commit to going ahead with the invisalign treatment on the day however I will be going ahead with this treatment once I am able to. I didnt realise that once you attend one open day, you are unable to attend another, which is unfortunate as the offers on the open day are incredible, If I had known, I wouldnt have booked onto this open day however, I wanted to find out more information and thought this would be a good opportunity to do so and this was how it was advertised to me. The owner was great and did offer to extend the offer available on the day for a fixed period, but due to personal circumstances, again, I didn't feel it was sensible to commit. I did find out more about what the treatment would look like for me, which is what I wanted and I'll be back as soon as I can to go ahead with treatment and hopefully be able to benefit from the offers available today. If I wasnt having issues with our new build home, absolutely would have gone ahead! I am sure everyone who went ahead with their invisalign journey today will have a wonderful experience and thank you to the staff for a wonderful morning and being so helpful.
